I initially thought this was a LBBG, but I was contacted by a reviewer, and this is a Herring x LBBG. It's very likely the same hybrid bird that's been seen in this area for a number of years now. Here's a link to a checklist describing this hybrid from 2014: https://ebird.org/checklist/S16159491
