A wild male Malay Peacock-pheasant going to roost at Taman Negara NP. This male Malay Peacock-pheasant was found going to roost at the "original" Swamp loop trail, Taman Negara NP in April 2001. Nowadays, the trail is quite open and captive-reared Peacock-pheasants have in recent years for some reason been released in the area, but back in 2001 is was very swampy and the bird is wild.
