Observed on one of the tree above the island. Stayed there during all my presence (20min). He was cleaning himself during that time. Compare to the european falcon I know, he would be rather peregrine size, but slimmer. Very prononce brownish-black mask, with rather small "moustache". Grey-bluish bill with a dark tip. Yellow orbital eye. Brownish uniform back with some small white dots (moulting ? juv?) . White/light cream belly and vertical long-streaking. 6 visible black horizontal line on the inside tail. The tail and bottom belly was reddish. The tail length was approximatively equal to the primary projection. I believe this is a conclusive feature to eliminate Sooty Falcon
