Immature, white rump patch, smaller raptor with heavily streaked chest and flanks. Very hooked Bill, dark eyeline, pale brown face. Photos taken, these photos were taken with my phone camera of the back my DSLR so I can post them in the field. Will post actual photos later. Going on shoreline and then perched on edge.
