This bird separated from a group with 3 others and found a perch on the willows just above the river and vocalized for 10 minutes. I was 4 m away recording from my packraft. Photos are of this bird. Had to cut out a lot of plane and wind noise. The bird's mouth was pink, so I assume a youngster from this year.
