Lifer! Bright yellow bird, greenish back, dark gray wings, beady black eyes. Initially spotted on low branches across from West Island. Briefly dropped down to the water, then flew back up and disappeared. Last saw across from West Island. It started raining and I never saw it again after ten minutes of looking.
