Heard nearby, ID'd on Merlin app, and seen nearby. It first flew on top of a telephone pole and began pecking at it. The top of that pole looked to be in rough shape, so the woodpecked may have been pecking at it for a while. It then flew to a nearby tree and climbed up an down it. It eventually flew away with a nut in its mouth. Black and white backside with red on the head. A gray patch was above the eyes, indicating female.
