Finally! Off on a post way out in the north pond; seen first looking north east out of the visitor center windows, before driving up the road for a better look. Sat for several minutes before racing off towards the south pond. My first in the county in over 2 years. Dare Co. Year Bird #265, expanding on my new personal record!
