10:29. A few in a dormant tree, about dead center of course. Then flew down among more, foraging in short grass in shade. Occasionally the whole group flew back up to the same large dormant tree. 1x1 count with scope = 26, but probably an undercount by a few. Seen by all 3 observers, including scoped views. See photos.
