Seen perched in a tall tree. Some crows landed in the same tree, but it did not move. After a while, it flew away. Hard to make out details due to the distance glow from the clouds. Dark backside with possible banding on the tail. Light belly with some tan. White and black stripes on underside of wings. Likely the same individual seen in the area a few days prior.
