Immature or female bird at feeder and perching on a wire fence today. Same bird that arrived yesterday morning at a snow-covered Salvia with red flowers. Upon further observation, bill is straight and tail projects beyond wingtips. Yesterday the bird was pumping its tail while hovering, but haven’t seen that today.
