Continuing bird. Seen well with a group of other birders around 2 PM. Shorebird, about the size of a pacific golden plover, smaller than surrounding banded lapwing, with warm tan wings, breast and cap, a soft golden ting to brow and face, clean white belly and vent and yellow legs. Feeding about 200m from the fence line. Poor ID shot taken.
