Had misidentified this as a Streaked in the field, mostly based on assuming Streaked was more expected here (Sulphur-bellied is somehow a first for this heavily-birded hotspot), and mis-remembering or misinterpreting the thickness of the malar and the pale at the base of the bill as favoring Streaked. Merlin caught me, and it is clear that the thick malar streaks meeting under the chin, whitish supercilium, yellowish wash on belly, etc all favor Sulphur-bellied. For some reason there were two on the checklist, but I only distinctly remember this one, so I've entered the other as a slash.
