Very large, dark raptor. The type of flight with a slight dihedral and the pointy shape of the wingtips immediately suggested Golden rather than Bald Eagle. Flying no higher than 20 feet above my car, I braked in time to take a few photos that show the pale nape, the broad, dark terminal tail bar, and minimal mirrors on this individual.
