Possible adult or first fall Female/1st year or fall Male. Dusky gray lores, not black, no black above yellow supraloral, dark gray necklace, complete eye-ring white in back, yellow in front, plain gray above, no wing bars, bright yellow bellow, white undertail coverts, long medium gray tail above and below. Light peach legs, dark gray bill, light pinkish base. Often droops wings, occasionally flicks wings, but never stayed still. At Maintenance area south of Park Bench Cafe in Pepper Tree and Ash. All distant shots. Discovered yesterday by Steve Ellis and re-found today by Jason Ketcham. Thank you!!!
