Wow! Continuing bird first reported on the 15th (I think), although I'm not seeing the sighting on eBird anymore. Obvious ID with bright, lemony yellow coloration and black cap. I didn't really notice any orange on the lores to indicate a Western subspecies, so perhaps just a very late Eastern bird? Very fun to see at this time of year regardless. Seen on the bird blind side of the lake right about here: (40.3345409, -75.4815218)
