Belated FOF. I looked up from petting a dog in the dog park to see it soaring with 1-2 RTHAs over the NE quadrant of the airbase roughly here (33.7945755, -118.0461199). Light morph; white patches on upper surface of primaries and base of tail; longer wings held in what felt like a stiffer flight posture than RTHA; 1st yr by gleaming white underparts lacking rufous tones.
