Scope view fair, but very poor photos. Definite strong axillary with small whitish space behind. Tail appears longer than wing. Completely overcast with low dark clouds so lighting was very poor. Seems back is darker than expected for prairie, but face seems to be darker than expected for Prairie with less white behind ear. If change to Peregrine is needed let me know.
