One odd looking bird scene at 33.7839533,-116.7497993. Either a super crappy WEBL or empid. Rain and terrible lighting distorting everything. Upper breast definitely has faint orange wash. Small eye ring. Bill shape does not seem great for empid, but again lighting. Possibly very faint wing bars washed out but again lighting. No vocalizations. Did do a little bit of rump and tail flicking at one point. Photos TBA.
