Pale lores. Not vocalizing. First seen by Jon R, the bird disappeared before solid id. Returned to tree in Rangers yard and difficult to id as it was moving fast through the leaves. The upperparts were very olive green and the bird appeared to have a much darker face in the field which prompted me to think PHVI. Later examination of photos shows the pale lores and face would fit better for WAVI as well as pale breast.
