Photo. Tangerine coloured! Heard first. Sweet and bubbly, shorebird-esque (Merlin thought it was a Black bellied Plover). The sound was moving E, but instead of fading into the distance like so many near-misses, the sound went stationary. Found the bird perched in a spruce, still calling, before it continued E.
