High count for this section of trail? One with black eyes that made the Narrow-billed call (all photos here are of that individual). According to ornithologist Holly Garrod, not all Narrow-billed have blue eyes, and the call and high elevation are better identification tools. No Broad-billed Todies should occur at this elevation. Note also the black underside of the end of the bill.
