A rather unbelievable find for this time of year, especially after the freezing temperatures last night. However, seen the bird well. Observed white eye arcs, yellow on the throat and some of the breast as well as a patch of yellow on the back, double white wings bars, yellow on the underside of the beak. Found hopping quickly in medium height brush. Photos attached below.
