Woodpecker with single white stripe on his face, solid black back, barring on sides and yellow cap. He flew down and settled on a tree nearby and gave me a great look. There was another woodpecker flying with him but the second one continued on and I didn't get a good look. Possibly his mate. First sighting for our property but I've been looking for them because we have many conifers that have succumbed to spruce budworm. Pic to follow.
