Came across a flock in a field astride NH-27 in this area. Observed these first from a distance perched on a low tension electric wire. Observed closely and saw these in a mix of adults & juveniles. The birds appeared shy - were perching on the ground and feeding, moving intermittently between the wire, ground and some reeds as well. A few images are attached.
