ID hypothetical. Appeared distinctly smaller than all the surrounding FOTE (though I can't assert with certainty that's not a distance-illusion). I'm not used to seeing this species in basic, where its most distinctive characteristics other than size are missing. Beyond small size, I note a black shoulder mark on the folded wing and a dark nape.
