This bird has been around at least 3 days now with many birders documenting it. Gorgeous Kite with an all white head, dark eye and small bill. All black above and underneath sporting a white body and undertail coverts and out to elbows, black elsewhere. Forked tail was obvious. some doc pics obtained. Bird showed up to feast on the dragonflies at about 10 AM. (see pic 0064
