Small gull, adult dark hood which blankets head, no white around eye, tiny black bill, in flight dark underwings with trailing white wing edge, floating posture is more upright looking than the BOGU, & white primary tips. Walking pigeon-toed along the beach with little bright orange legs. Adorable.
