Seen perched in a bare tree on the northern side of the lake, preening itself. A while later it flew into a sycamore close by PCH preening once more. Around 9:30 am took flight & flew southward over the lake. Black and white raptor with noticeable blue gray wings and forked tail. Photos will be posted when I can.
