Late. Initial impressions: very small, with some buffy coloring on sides. Short tail. Small, thin bill. Seen near (37.6005358, -121.6734331). Seemed to like the buckeye. I am not super familiar with female Calliope or Costa's, but those felt like the two strongest possibilities. Feedback I've received points in both directions (CAHU and COHU), but after reviewing images, I lean pale CAHU (like this one: https://macaulaylibrary.org/asset/454312261). Definitely open to further feedback.
