Continuing female found by Mikey Lutmerding on February 9th. Her left wing is injured but she is otherwise in good health. Spent most of her time resting under the docks but swam out once. Lifer! Update: Unfortunately, she passed March 2nd. I’m glad I got to see this beautiful bird while I could. No obvious cause, although it very likely had to do with her injured wing.
