Buteo with long narrow wings and pointed wing tips. Trailing edge more streamline and not bulging like nearby STHA that it was seen soaring with. Cream colored wing linings and dark brown barred flight feathers. Finely barred tail with slightly wider terminal band. Brown helmet-pattern head. Soaring with dark phase STHA and then streamed north with shortie.
