gorgeous adult found by Woody G. ~1.5 weeks ago. Crushing views. In photos taken by Amar Ayyash on "North American Gulls" Facebook group, this bird showed upperparts paler than all surrounding AMHEs. With Amar's input,"perhaps not as pale as Glaucous, outer edge of P9-P10 show a slight contrast, but perhaps within range for so-called nominate [glaucoides] Iceland Gulls. Also said in field paraphrasing "as good as we can expect for a candidate here."
