Reported earlier. White (or at least white coverts and lower belly) duck with black belly and wingtip area, large bill with distinctive black-pink-black pattern, distinctive facial pattern, long black tail. Eventually frightened by the young Bald Eagle that came to fish (unsuccessfully) right over where it was swimming. It repeatedly went underwater for a very long time (they can really hold their breath!), reappeared, saw the Bald Eagle, and immediate dove back under.
