Continuing male, seen in the company of Shovelers and American Green-winged Teal in the mudflats off the SW corner of the Duck Pond trail. Horizontal white stripe along the scapulars, with no vertical white bar at the bend of the wing, as in American Green-winged Teal. Thin white lines separating the greenish mask from the rest of the reddish brown head, and a paler patch separating the black and tan under tail coverts from the grayish flanks. Photos.
