Observed 8 Black oystercatchers and one with clear white breast. On the rocks at the base of the cliff on the west side of the lookout point at Crescent Bay. Most of the birds were sitting with heads tucked in, but one had whit edging showing when viewed from above. I retrieved my spotting scope and was able to digiscope the American oystercatcher as it began to move about on the rocks. Photos attached.
