Assumed to be continuing. Immature male hauled out on the beach among a gull flock, in the same exact spot I had an identical bird earlier in the summer. Walked south from the false tip along the surf to the edge of the piping plover breeding area and scanned the birds down near North Beach from a distance with my camera. Poor doc shots.
