Large shorebird feeding in shallow water and muddy shoreline. No flight observed and no calls heard. Long slightly upturned bill, dull orange base and black tip. Fine barring on breast and flanks. Mottled brown back with buff coloured belly. Photos to follow. Observed river left in the muddy shoreline at the end of the marsh before it narrows to the river.
