Continuing. HUGE MEGA find by Jeff Timmer! Small Goose, Mallard-size with black head, neck and breast with a partial white collar on neck, grayish-brown back and light underside. Much smaller than CANG it was associating with, slightly smaller than a Cackling Goose. To me it appears to be the pale-bellied Atlantic version. Thanks to Jeff for the find and hospitality arranging small group outings on private property. Photos to follow.
