We provoked this chant a few minutes after the accompanying photographs were taken, via playing a video of this same bird chanting a half-hour prior.

We had identified this bird and its companion the previous day through more extensive observation, photography, and audio recording (documented in a previous checklist), though this photograph is likely insufficient for ID. The two were chanting to each other, so while only this one was photographed two were present. This one was perched in the yard of a rural medical clinic for at least an hour.
