White plumage with black marking on wing tips; black eye mask; long white tail streamers; and red bill. The white tail steamers appear much shorter than the streamers seen on the two RBTRs that have been reported in this area. These photos were taken with the RBTR flying at a slightly forward-flying angle so this possibly makes the tail steamers appear shorter. Additional photos in the future will be helpful. This RBTR was not flying close to the shore so the photos are not very good. Documentation photos attached.
