Mexican Duck male in foreground compared to female mallard at rear, showing dark plumage, brighter legs, sliver of greenish speculum, all yellow bill. Dark crown and eyeline differs from Mottled duck, finer breast feathers.

Continuing rarity hanging out with Mallard ducks. Darker than female mallards, all yellow Bill, slightly smaller. Will post photos next week.
