Adult in flight. Remarks: Note from Dipu K - This one shows many key features of Long-tailed Jaeger like: - The long wire-like tail - Grey tones to upper side with darker secondaries contrasting with rest of the upper wing - Prominent white shafts to only 2 outer primaries - Pale legs in adult plumage - Lack of prominent white area at the base of under primaries - Overall shape including small head with a stout looking short bill Note from Praveen J - This is the only confirmed record of this species till date from Kerala state. Date added to OBI: August 19, 2014.
