A dorsal view of an adult perched on a utility wire looking around. Originally found in immature plumage September 2012 (1st state record) and remaining into March 2013 when it disappeared. To the amazement of everyone in the birding community, it has returned in December 2013 for a second winter, this time in full adult plumage and continues to be seen into the New Year. Elevation: 8 m. Date added to IBC: June 23, 2016.
