An adult in a tree, looking around and going down to its nest. We localized this bird because it was noisily being mobbed by several White-billed Crows. When the crows were too close, the owl descended to the nest, to protect the chick or chicks (we could see one, that was hissing). Elevation: 521 m. Date added to IBC: June 22, 2016.
