Found during Breeding Bird Census. Moving around between various exposed snags in a clearing. Would occasionally disappear for up to 45 minutes to an hour. Deeply forked tail, large bill, and short primary projection all point towards Tropical. The primary pattern shows this bird to be a female. It did not call the entire 5 hours we were in the area.
