Détails de l'observation
This picture shows several of the characteristics needed to ID it as a Pacific Slope Flycatcher. It has medium to long primary extensions. Its beak length divided by its beak to back of head length is about .35 (in other words it has a long bill). Also, the lower mandible is entirely pale. I did not get an underneath picture of the convex shape of the mandible triangle sides. One can also see that this bird has a significantly visible eye-ring.
