Very low flying at tree level. Thought it was another kite at first, but pictures show distinct barring on primary feathers. Also darker breast with lighter colour near tail. Black line separating the dark from light. It cannot be a swamp barrier because no white rump on top side tail feathers. Couldn’t be a dark morph little eagle since that black line separating the dark plumage from light isn’t seen on them. Pictures have been included, unfortunately all from the same short burst as it flew away.
