Motion blur from swaying branch. Distinct rusty rump, black throat with less of a gradient than cedar.

Feeding, large flock. Jumped from tree to tree, they were all on another tree before going to the mountain ash berry tree in groups of about 10 at a time. Mixed with cedar waxwings; seemed to be mostly bohemian waxwings, judging by their calls. Cloudy, and they were above me, so hard to see and be certain the ratio of bohemian/cedar. At least 70 in total, judging by one of the pictures I've taken.
