Noticed bird as I drove over the causeway on way to Arnold Mills Ross Goose and stopped for 30 seconds or so to get a photo from inside the car. Apologies to the RI Rare Bird Group for not reporting it on the Groupme. I was driving and did not realize it would be considered rare. Photos taken
